In my dance fit class, I've meticulously crafted a choreography that seamlessly blends proper dance routines with an intense cardiovascular, resistance and agility workout. I just absolutely adore making up new routines! You will love them - they’re a dance routine within a workout so no more boring aerobics classes just pure creative physical exercise - this will improve your cardio, agility, balance, flexibility and coordination.
Participants find themselves immersed in a dynamic and energetic atmosphere, where every move serves a dual purpose – not only to showcase dance prowess but also to engage muscles in a challenging fitness routine. The class becomes a rhythmic fusion of artistry and athleticism, offering a unique and effective way to stay fit.
As the pulsating beats guide us through each routine, complete with disco lights, the combination of dance steps and targeted exercises creates a holistic workout experience.
From heart-pounding cardio sequences that elevate endurance to resistance movements that sculpt and strengthen, every aspect is carefully designed for maximum impact.
All levels safely catered for too! Body Blitz
Body Blitz is Sarah’s very own designed resistance band and body weight workout which is guaranteed to get results in a very quick time!
Using giant mega bands various exercises are performed along with bodyweight exercises.
It is for beginners, intermediate and advanced.
Training in this way has many benefits! This class provides a full all over body workout strengthening shoulders, back and core which in turn improves posture and stability.
The constant tension from the bands means that you have to work extra hard and engage your core to maintain smooth control and form because you are constantly adapting to the changing resistance!
Go from this class feeling exhilarated! You will not match this class anywhere else in terms of the benefits and style!
