I’ve trained and still train footballers, marathon runners, triathlon athletes, people recovering from surgeries before and after, pre and postnatal ladies to name a few!
I offer training at a studio in Uttoxeter, outdoors, at your workplace or home. You can train with me 1:1, with a friend or in small groups. I also offer corporate training - if you would like me to visit your place of work and take part in a team building fitness event I can create a package bespoke to you. Anything from learning how to Hula Hoop, dance, build core strength, learn stretching techniques - you name it and i will happily assist you! These sort of events are great for building rapport within your team whilst having a laugh in the process.
